Jacques Kagi, an outstanding representative of the professional culinary world! With Swiss heritage, he was born and raised in Hong Kong.
During his secondary school years, he went to Switzerland and the UK to receive traditional culinary training and worked in local Michelin-starred restaurants.
His Swiss background and international training have endowed him with exceptional culinary skills and a unique cooking style. Due to his strong ties to Hong Kong, he decided to return and develop his career, serving as head chef and consultant in many five-star restaurants.
Whether at Gaddi's in the Peninsula Hotel, the Derby Room at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, or the luxurious restaurant at Sogo Club, Jacques consistently creates exceptional dishes with his unique creativity and outstanding craftsmanship. He loves traditional cooking while infusing modern elements, delivering stunning flavors and visual feasts in every dish.
