His Swiss background and international training have equipped him with exceptional culinary skills and a unique cooking style.
Due to his deep connection with Hong Kong, Jacques Kagi decided to return to the city to develop his career, serving as a chef and consultant in many five-star restaurants. Whether at Gaddi’s in the Peninsula Hotel, the Derby Room at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, or the luxurious restaurant at Sogo Club, Jacques consistently creates exquisite dishes with his unique creativity and exceptional skill.
